Changlong(CCL) Technologies, joint venture with COSCO (China Ocean Sipping Corporation) work as a professional fluid loading system provider, specializing in Petroleum, LNG and chemical transfer. Our main products are Marine loading arms, occupies 95% of total Chinese and part overseas market, we installed 200 sets loading arms in China and overseas annually, our customers including BASF, TOTAL, ESSO, ARC, ELF, SINOPEC, BP, VOPAK etc. Besides marine loading arms, we also manufacture truck/railcar loading arm, gangway, quick release hook, hose crane and special valves for oil pipeline. 

Our factory with area more than 69000 Sq meters (the largest factory of its kind) have a strong capability of design, engineering, all the products are strictly in accordance with the standards such as OCIMF, API, and ISO 9001: 2000 etc. For this reason we enjoy a good reputation during cooperating with world top famous EPC company such as Fluor, Technip etc.
